We love it! Bought this as a gift for our new granddaughter and expect it to become a treasured family heirloom that will get passed down through the years. The quality and craftsmanship are impeccable. We were so taken by it that we ordered a second , smaller bear that “Charlie” will be able to take with her everywhere while preserving the larger bear for years to come. And the customer service?…. Daniela has been fantastic and very timely with her reply. We highly recommend ClaraLoo and especially the large white plush bear.
Received the bear but she was missing her eyes that were ordered. Sent her back and the problem was rectified quickly. She’s very cute and will be a wonderful gift as intended!
